Chicago House / NY House / Detroit Techno
Based in London, Marlon Baleci has enjoyed what has been a bit of a breakthrough year. Best known as the founder of the party and collective, 'Bad Intentions'.
This breakout year has seen Marlon play across some of the best clubs & festivals across the UK and beyond. With debuts at the likes of fabric & The Cause, to Glastonbury and a very memorable debut at Unum Festival, which just won Best Global Festival, he is now firmly rooting himself as a key figure in the underground electronic music scene.
When it comes to his party 'Bad Intentions', this year has seen Marlon bring in DJ's such as La La, Panorama Bar resident Nathalie Seres, LO-LOW and many more. This also includes a monthly residency with Bloop London Radio. With Bloop being a very well respected station who champion all corners of underground dance music, Marlon looks to use this platform to support grass roots artists as well as some of London's more established DJ's and producers.
Having moved to Leeds in 2017, Marlon then went on to perform for the first time in 2018. This included gigs at the likes of the legendary Distrikt Bar & Wire. But it wasn't until his move to London in 2022 where he really started to push on and start creating his own pathway into bigger things.
Marlon's unique take on DJing is what has gained him great success. Multi genre sets with a deep rooted love for Chicago/NY House & Detroit techno at its core. But always expect the unexpected.
